Simple to use:

1. Preparation: Pat all proteins dry (chicken, pork, beef, lamb, seafood)
2. Application: Sprinkle Norm's Crispy Seasoning blend onto the protein, including chicken skin. Massage thoroughly.
3. Cooking times: 
   1. Convention Oven: 450°F for 30-35 minutes.
   2. Air Fryer: 415°F for 12-15 minutes.
   3. Convection Oven: 425°F for 20-25 minutes.
   4. Grill: 450°F

The result is a delicious crispy coating that remains crunchy even after applying sauce.
