Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow up to 3 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 3 days to let you know your order is on the way! Saratoga Spicery uses FedEx for most deliveries.
MARKET ORDER PICKUP (NY Customers Only): – If you reside in Upstate NY, online orders may be picked up in Troy, NY on Saturdays, from 9am till 2pm at the Troy Farmers Market located in Troy, NY. An email will be sent to you when your order is ready for pickup.
TROY FARMERS MARKET DELIVERY: During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to ship" button. Market Delivery is available for addresses within 75 miles of our shop. If the Local Delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for Market delivery. Orders placed Monday through noon on Wednesdays will be delivered to TFM on Saturdays during regular business hours when the Market is open. Orders placed outside of these days and hours will be delivered the following week at TFM when the Market is open for business. When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING: Orders generally ship within 72 hours of purchase using FedEx, UPS, or USPS. Our Flat Rate shipping fee of $8.00 USD applies to most orders shipping to most US locations. Currently, we do not ship outside of the United States.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at the checkout. We offer $8.00 USD flat rate shipping to most US cities. Free shipping is included for orders over $49 USD. Please see the list of multiple carrier options inside the shopping cart at checkout for the exact shipping costs to your specific location.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES: Most orders arrive in 2 days using FedEx 2nd day service. Delivery times may take longer or less when using similar services through UPS or USPS. On occasion, FedEx and UPS will coordinate final delivery with USPS for deliveries to PO Boxes. Most packages arrive in less than 7 days when using Fed Ex Ground or UPS Ground Advantage services. USPS ground delivery services can vary from 2-7 days depending on destination address and other constraints.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item(s) is/are unused and are in its original condition, or if the product(s) is/are defective for any reason. Once received and inspected, we will refund the amount of the item(s) minus the shipping costs for the return. If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at customersupport@saratogaspicery.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We want our customers to be happy with their purchases and we address all complaints to provide each customer with the best experience with our products.
