Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. We will verify your online purchase through our system however, if your item(s) were purchased with cash at a retail location or at a Market location (a Farmers Market, for example), you will need the receipt or other proof of purchase (i.e., Venmo record receipt, or Cash Sales receipt) unless you provided us with your email or telephone number at the time of the sale.

Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if your product is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We want the opportunity to evaluate the issue(s) and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (special orders or personalized items), or specialized white label items. Please contact us via phone (838) 900.5205 or by email at info@saratogaspicery.com if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we do accept returns on sale items or gift cards; this would included discounted items purchased at select retail markets such as Farmers Markets or other locations.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to make a separate purchase for the new product or item. Once the exchange or return process is complete, any refund or other discount would be applied to your customer account. Alternately, you can wait for the return/exchange process to complete in lieu of purchasing a new item. 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Currently we do not ship to countries outside the United States and Canada. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your return. Upon processing, a refund in the amount of the amount of purchase (less shipping) will automatically be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
