Saratoga Spicery is a family-run business that started at our kitchen table in Saratoga Springs, New York. With the growth of our business came our move to a commercial kitchen at The Shirt Factory in Glens Falls, NY. In the Spring of 2026 we will be relocating to yet an even bigger kitchen designed especially to meet the demands of our growing business and as our business continues growing, our mission stays the same - to create hand-crafted spice blends that will inspire amazing culinary experiences.

As you explore our website, you'll notice that our selection of blends is rather expansive and as of the new year (2026) we have several new blends in the making. As always, we introduce new blends slowly to ensure we achieve the best culinary results rather than rushing the process solely to bring a new blend to market.
