Cancellation policy
Some items in our store may be offered to you in the future as a subscription. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.
Subscriptions
At some point in the near future, Saratoga Spicery may offer subscription services. This means that when you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription offer, the duration, and frequency you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries at the processing (shipping) point, unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you may cancel it. If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order, so you can easily manage your subscription using the links provided.

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect a payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date.
You can cancel a partially paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
Exchanges
When you purchase an item, we authorize your payment method upon fulfilling your order. You will have 30 days from the ship date to decide if you want to keep the product. If you are dissatisfied for any reason with the quality of your product, you may exchange the item and request a replacement or select another item of equal value. This policy applies to individual orders only and does not apply to wholesale customers. Please refer to our wholesale policies if you are a wholesale customer.
Cancellations before items ship
When you purchase an item online and cancel the order before the item(s) ships, if you have been charged for that item or a deposit has been collected for the item(s), your method of payment for the item(s) will be credited within 30 days of the cancelled order if we are notified via email or by cancelling your order through our website. If the item(s) has already shipped, any cancellation will be treated as a return and subject to our returns policy.
