Ingredients

3 - 4 tbsp Saratoga Spicery Jamaican Jerk seasoning

3 tbsp olive oil
-
3 tbsp soy or Tamari sauce

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Fresh limes & cilantro

2 lbs of chicken
Directions
Create marinade: In a medium size bowl (or resealable storage bag), combine jerk seasoning, olive oil, soy sauce, and vinegar. Mix well.
Add chicken: Place chicken in the mixing bowl (or gallon ziplock type bag), ensuring chicken is completely coated in marinade. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and place in refrigerator for 12-24 hrs.
Cooking on the Grill: Coat cold grill grates with a layer of olive oil. Heat grill to 400 degrees, place chicken on hot grill and cook each side 12-15 min (less for boneless breast). Only turn once! Remove chicken from the grill and let it stand 5 minutes before cutting or serving.
